Hi, I’m Devon Skerritt
I am here as a father, spouse, and son. As a first-generation college graduate, I started my career exploring ways to support and counsel students through transitions into, through, and beyond college. Then my professional trajectory evolved into working with Human-Centered Design collaborators on developing design and innovation programs with students and partners. Now I work professionally as a design-based qualitative researcher, facilitator, and innovation strategist for individuals and learning organizations. My practice incorporates principles of human-centered design with foundations of systems thinking and strategic foresight. Together with clients, I ask questions with curiosity, discover meaningful insights, and explore conversations that translate findings into strategic opportunities.
In and out of work I find opportunities to contribute to civic engagement in New Hampshire, and look for outlets to research and design for civic and community needs, innovation in learning organizations, and work/life exploration.
